Source Control, Supplier and Product Selection
We possess deep resources within the "China indusrty chian system." Leveraging the experience and language advantages of our local Chinese staff, we conduct on-site factory visits and qualification verifications, bypassing intermediaries to help Turkish clients find reputable factories with genuine CE and ISO certifications. We select suppliers that best meet client needs;We select right product as client’s production request. there is no single "best," only the most suitable and right supplier and product.
Project Management
We oversee the entire "turnkey" process, crucial for avoiding "after-sales shirking."
Full-Process Control: From initial supplier and product selection based on client requirements, to price inquiriesand negitiation, technical communication, negotiation of business terms, contract signing. Then from equipment production supervision, acceptance, delivery, sea freight customs clearance, installation and commissioning in Turkey, operation training.Finally after-sales service, we oversee all processes. For Turkish clients, we offer a turnkey service,only one contact to handle all the process,ensure effiency and accuracy,security.
Technology Matching
When transferring technology, we understand the existing infrastructure of Turkish factories (such as voltage and worker operating habits), enabling us to find the most suitable and cost-effective solution for technological upgrades in China, rather than simply forcing high-end Chinese automation equipment over.
